Agan Tavas
A membership organisation, Agan Tavas arranges events, publishes books and produces a regular magazine. The organisation was set up to support those who prefer to use Unified Cornish or Unified Cornish Revised.

Cussel an Tavaz Kernûak
Established to support those who prefer to use Late Modern Cornish, the Cussel arranges classes and events for members and publishes books and other material.

Kesva an Taves Kernewek
Kesva an Taves Kernewek was established in the 1960s by the Gorseth and the Federation of Old Cornwall Societies to promote Cornish. Its members are either appointed representatives or are elected by Kowethas an Yeth Kernewek. The Board administers examinations in Cornish, publishes books and runs classes.

Kowethas an Yeth Kernewek
A membership organisation, the Kowethas was established in the 1970s. It organises events for members including a language weekend, publishes books and a regular magazine and elects the members of the Cornish Language Board.

Council of Europe
Responsible for the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages, the Council of Europe is a major institution based in Strasbourg. The Government of the UK, in common with all other governments who have signed the Charter, reports to the Council of Europe on a regular basis on the progress made. The reports and recommendations are available on the Council of Europe website.

European Bureau for Lesser Used Languages
The European Bureau for Lesser used Languages was set up under the European Commission to act as a network to support smaller languages. A Cornish Subcommittee was established in the 1980s whose main purpose is to work on the links between Cornwall and Europe in terms of language. The language organisations are all represented on the Sub-Committee along with a range of cultural groups.

The Bishop of Truro’s Advisory Group for Services in the Cornish Language
This Advisory Group advises on the use of Cornish in worship. It helps organise Cornish services in various locations, publishes material and maintains links with similar groups in other Celtic countries.
